Men & Women with ADHD Group with Sari Solden and Roland Rotz
Join Sari and Roland for an exploration and sharing of the ADHD journey - the struggles, strengths and the strategies for leading a rich and rewarding life as an adult with ADHD. 

Principles from Sari's book Journeys Through ADDulthood guide you toward a new sense of identity, meaning, connection and contribution and many strategies presented will be based on Roland's book Fidget to Focus. 

Partners, coaches, mental health professionals are also welcome to attend. 

Lots of time for informal discussion and connection with both Roland and Sari!
