In recognition of National AD/HD Awareness Week, Carolyn Daitch, Ph.D. will present on a variety of self-help techniques that children and adults with AD/HD and anxiety can use to lower anxiety, manage their emotional responses, and navigate their lives from a place of calm and control. For those with AD/HD, decreased anxiety can lead to increased productivity.
