Thank you, Reg!

You just reminded me that I LOVE autumn (even in Southern California) and might miss it at the pace I'm working and generally thrashing about.

Today, instead of using the WHOLE day to get ready for travel and client work the rest of the week, I've just decided -thanks to you-- to loosen my brain belt and limit the prep to half the day, leaving me with half to color, paint, journal, sit or whatever!

thanks so much.

I love this thought...now what to bring?  Maybe just a memory-earling morning breezes before the heat of the day, the sound of crickets outside my window as I drift off to sleep. Maybe a nurturing habit- fresh fruit and vegetables from the farmer's market, a walk with the dog-no make-up, no special clothes, just a water bottle and off we go.  Maybe a concept...simplicity...loving ourselves.
