Enjoy the last week of 2010!
Take time to SLOW DOWN and enjoy the people, the celebrations, the blessings and the memories of 2010. Soon enough, you'll be thinking about the possibilities of 2011!

So, I was approaching my day with plans to really get things going after several days of celebrating Christmas with various family gatherings. I did get to the gym! (It was the first time in 10 days, and I usually go 3 - 4 times a week.) I also did get an email out with a question I need answered before I can further assist on a charitable project. Now I as I sit on the sofa with my computer, I realize that am totally worn out from the past ten days of non-stop activity. Your message confirmed that I need to take the time to rest. So, I'm now off to nap!
Thanks, Reg!
Tina
Thank you for your feedback! I hope you did indulge in a nap today! Recognizing that you've been going non-stop is good, but DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT?...even better!
Take care and Happy New Year!

Happy Holidays!
In this last week of shopping, wrapping, and traveling, remember to include a childhood memory as a part of your holiday. The joy it brings will help you experience the simplicity that we loved from when we were little. Simple is good.
Good Day!
Family! They're coming! They're calling! They're bringing food! Listen in for an idea about how to enjoy your family a bit more this holiday season.
Welcome to December!
Enjoy the season of lights, glitter and celebration! Decorations remind us of our childhood and spark our memories like no other time of the year. Remember to share a story as you put up the tree, open a box of family treasures, or sit with your loved ones around the table this holiday season.
