You are so right! The outlet is essential.  I am currently VERY frustrated with a client who owes me alot of money and am reaching out to other experts I know who I think can help.  When the ball is in my court I am bursting from wanting to resolve the conflict, which is exactly when I need to slow down and strategize.  Yet, when one of those generous people calls to help, and I see their name on my phone display, I have an inner whine that says "I don't wanna deal with this now!".  But if not now, when.  I feel a small triumph when I answer that call, and it usually turns out to be a positive outcome. And I just keep trying to take a deep breath and making a constructive step forward every day.  THEN, at the end of the day, I can call my best friend and cry about my angst.  And then try to make a list (which may only have 1 thing) to try to stay on target the next day. But I feel so much better when I can at least inch forward a little at a time.  Thank you!  Jan
