This week at the Olympics there were countless stories of competitors who had stuggled with pain, adversity, struggle and failure but who moved ahead anyway toward their dreams.

he gold medal winner of men's figure skating is 6 foot five inches in his skates and he can't hide his differences. He said had to learn to accentuate them instead and make them work for him.

Listen to my blog about this-keep going even though you have differences, or adversity, don't try and be a poor imitation of someone else when you can be one of a kind.

Take a leap into a new arena this week-go for whatever is gold to you. Stand up and stand out.
